Team Sign-up Information:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR Registering your Team online: 

Step 1:  Download/Print Team Roster, Coach Code of Conduct and Player Registration forms.

Step 2:  Fill out your Team Roster to have ready to upload when registering team;  have player(s) parents fill out Player Registration/Waiver, and each coach sign their Coach Code of Conduct form.

Step 3:  Register your team online, you will be prompted to upload your Team Roster form when registering your team. If you have all forms (player registration and coach code of conduct) ready to upload you can upload them with your team roster or you will receive an email confirming your registration has been received along with instructions to Complete Team Registration.
